FAQ
The formulation is optimized for industrial deck and conveyor ovens operating between 250°C and 300°C. The casein network retains its functional integrity to ensure a consistent, continuous stretch exceeding 30 cm without early scorching or blister burn, delivering a uniform golden finish.
The SKU is supplied in 2 kg food service bags (5 packs per master carton, net 10 kg) and 180 g retail pouches (40 packs per carton, net 7.2 kg). Standard reefer sea container configuration (-18°C) accommodates 64 to 72 cartons per Euro-pallet, securely shrink-wrapped with moisture-proof corners.
Moisture content is maintained at max 48% with fat in dry matter (FDM) calibrated between 40% and 45%. To avoid thread agglomeration, a controlled food-grade anti-caking agent (modified starch below 1.5% compliant with Iranian and Codex standards) is applied; no hydrogenated vegetable fats are introduced.
Frozen mozzarella requires an uninterrupted temperature threshold of -18°C or colder throughout transit and warehousing. Thermal fluctuation induces ice recrystallization, damaging the protein emulsion and causing syneresis upon thawing. Gradual defrosting at 4°C for 12 hours prior to baking is recommended.
All export consignments are supported by official Veterinary Health Certificates, comprehensive physical-chemical and microbiological Certificates of Analysis (COA), Certificate of Origin, Halal certification, and compliance documentation under ISO 22000 and HACCP audit protocols.
Domestic wholesale MOQ is 100 master cartons, while international export orders require a minimum of one 20ft or 40ft refrigerated container (approx. 12 to 20 metric tons). Deliveries are negotiated under EXW, FCA, CPT border terminals, or FOB Iranian sea ports.
For recurring large-scale export agreements, private label (OEM) contracts are accommodated subject to regulatory brand approvals. Bilingual or trilingual roll-stock packaging (Arabic, Russian, English) compliant with destination market labeling directives is printed inline.
