FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The product is prepared from industrial marine tuna loins (predominantly Yellowfin and Skipjack) wild-caught from southern waters. In compliance with national standards, the drained meat weight is maintained at a minimum of 70% of nominal net weight (~126g for a 180g can), comprising solid-pack light meat flakes.

Cans undergo commercial retort sterilization at 121°C under saturated steam pressure to achieve an Fo value eliminating Clostridium botulinum spores. Histamine levels are rigorously verified by chromatography below 50 ppm per batch, with heavy metal traces (mercury and lead) far below statutory limits.

The tins and easy-open lids feature food-grade internal epoxy-phenolic barrier lacquers resistant to sulfur-containing amino acids and hot oils. This barrier prevents tinplate corrosion, metal migration, or sulfide staining over the entire 24-month ambient shelf life.

The product is shipped in shrink-wrapped trays or corrugated cartons of 24 cans. Thanks to high axial can compression strength, cartons can be safely palletized up to 10-12 tiers high on standard logistics pallets in ambient, well-ventilated dry warehouses.

The wholesale MOQ for foodservice distributors, catering chains, and institutional buyers is 100 master cartons (2,400 cans). Orders are staged directly from central finished-goods warehouses, with monthly fixed-price scheduled contracts available.

This solid-pack tuna provides an exceptional source of bioavailable protein (~24g per 100g drained weight), along with natural EPA/DHA Omega-3 fatty acids, zero trans fats, and zero carbohydrates. It carries the verified Green Apple Health Endorsement on the label.

Export consignments dispatched under HS 160414 require official Fishery Veterinary Health Certificates, Halal compliance clearance, analytical chromatography logs for histamine/heavy metals, and Chamber of Commerce Certificates of Origin for international clearance.
