Sliced cashew flakes cut to uniform thickness, tailored for confectionery and topping.
FAQ
Due to laser-assisted precision slicing technology and anti-vibration protective packaging, the fines and broken flake ratio is guaranteed to stay below 2%, making it ideal for luxury confectionery applications.
The standard thickness ranges between 0.8 mm and 1.2 mm. For industrial orders exceeding 500 kg, blade calibration can be adjusted to produce thicker slices (up to 2.0 mm).
Flakes are packed in rigid transparent polypropylene (PP) containers under Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) or semi-rigid vacuum bags so external carton pressure does not crush the delicate flakes.
The minimum order for domestic bakeries and workshops is 30 kg (consisting of six 5 kg cartons), while for bulk exports, the minimum threshold is 300 kg.
By default, cashew flakes are supplied raw and dry, enabling bakers to toast them naturally during baking. Upon special request, light unsalted dry roasting can be performed.
Garnishing traditional and modern pastries, granola and breakfast cereal manufacturing, topping luxury chocolates, gourmet ice creams, and dessert decorations are the main industry uses.
Due to higher surface exposure to air compared to whole kernels, sliced cashews have a 9-month shelf life below 12°C. Storage in rigid containers in cool conditions is required.
