Formulation
4–5% acetic brine, refined salt, ground spices; tomato paste or chili puree in specialty grades.
Pasteurisation & closing
Hot tunnel for glass; steam vacuum closing for shelf stability.
Distribution & export
570–700 g retail glass; 10–11 kg HoReCa drums; shipments to Gulf, Iraq, Afghanistan and CIS.
