Common Shipping Questions
Sea freight to Rotterdam or Hamburg typically takes 18–28 days from Bandar Abbas. Air freight from Tehran takes 3–5 business days. We always provide estimated transit at quote stage.
Yes. We handle all Iranian export customs formalities on your behalf, regardless of the chosen Incoterm. You only handle import customs in your country.
Absolutely. You can nominate your freight forwarder for FCL, LCL, and air shipments. We provide all booking details and documentation to your nominated agent.
Insurance is included in CIF Incoterm. For FOB, CFR, EXW, DAP, or DDP shipments, we can arrange cargo insurance on request — typically 0.3–0.5% of CIF value.
For most food products, our export MOQ starts at 100kg. Saffron exports start at 1kg. Carpets and handicrafts have no MOQ. Contact us for specific product minimums.
Yes — we offer LCL sea consolidation and air consolidation for importers who don't yet have full container volumes. Very cost-effective for first orders.
