The IRANCO 4-Stage Quality System

No product leaves Iran without passing all four stages. No exceptions. No shortcuts.

1
Stage 1

🌾 Farm Audit & Supplier Certification

Quality starts at the source. Our QC team visits every supplier farm and artisan workshop at least once per year, conducting comprehensive audits against our Supplier Quality Standard.

Khorasan Saffron Fields Kerman Pistachio Groves Bam Date Palms Kashan Rose Gardens Gilan Tea Estates Zagros Honey Apiaries
Mandatory farm registration and producer ID system
On-site crop inspection during growing and harvest seasons
Soil and water testing for contamination risk
GAP (Good Agricultural Practice) compliance verification
Detailed farm audit report with corrective action tracking
Only certified suppliers permitted to supply IRANCO lots

Stage 2

🔬 Incoming Goods Inspection

Every lot that arrives at our warehouse undergoes physical inspection and sampling before acceptance. Non-compliant lots are rejected on the spot — no exceptions.

Grading accuracy check Packaging integrity check Labelling and lot number verification Cold-chain temperature log review for perishables Net weight spot-check against declared weight
Visual inspection for color, size uniformity, and foreign matter
Moisture meter testing for all nuts, dried fruits, and spices
Saffron coloring strength spot-tested before lab analysis begins
Organoleptic assessment by trained QC staff (smell, texture, taste)
Lot photographed and documented with supplier invoice match
Random sampling for lab analysis before warehouse acceptance

Stage 3

🧪 Third-Party Laboratory Analysis

Samples from every accepted lot are sent to ISO 17025-accredited laboratories for full chemical, microbiological, and product-specific analysis. No shipment departs without an approved COA.

Our Zero-Compromise Rejection Policy

If a lot fails any quality parameter — it does not ship. Period.

Automatic Rejection

A lot is automatically rejected if it fails any lab test, physical inspection criterion, or certification check — regardless of value or volume.

No Exceptions Policy

We do not negotiate on quality failures. Rejected lots are either returned to the supplier or destroyed. Your trust is worth more than any single shipment.

Client Notification

If a lot is rejected and it affects your order lead time, you are notified immediately with full details and an alternative sourcing plan.
