Raw natural honey sourced from Zagros mountain slopes with sucrose below 2%, packed in a clear glass jar
FAQ
Every production lot is accompanied by an accredited laboratory COA verifying sucrose below 2%, a fructose-to-glucose ratio greater than 1.0, HMF strictly below 40 mg/kg, moisture under 18%, free acidity, and proline exceeding 500 mg/kg in compliance with international export standards.
Crystallization is a hallmark of raw, unpasteurized honey driven by natural glucose precipitation around micro-pollen nuclei. To liquefy, simply place the sealed glass jar in a warm water bath maintained strictly between 40°C and 45°C to preserve bioactive enzymes while restoring clarity.
Due to honey's natural acidity (pH 3.5 to 4.5), prolonged storage in polymers risks chemical leaching and micro-permeation. Glass is completely chemically inert and gas-impermeable, preventing off-odor absorption and stabilizing antioxidant potency across its 24-month lifespan.
Wholesale MOQ is 30 master cases (360 glass units). Master shippers feature heavy-duty 5-ply corrugated walls fitted with interlocking cellular grid dividers isolating each jar. Pallets are secured with high-tensile strapping and 5-layer stretch film to arrest shifting.
Each master case houses 12 glass jars of 900g/1000g net content (~16 kg gross weight per case). A standard Euro pallet carries up to 50 cartons stacked in 5 tiers, resulting in approximately 800 to 820 kg total pallet gross weight.
Storage facilities must be shaded, dry (relative humidity under 50%), and temperature-regulated between 18°C and 22°C. Thermal spikes or exposure above 28°C accelerate HMF buildup and degrade diastase activity over time.
All export consignments are furnished with Veterinary International Health Certificates, certified laboratory residue screens (zero antibiotics, heavy metals, or pesticides), Chamber Certificates of Origin, Halal accreditations, and official customs manifest packs.
