Crisp, lightweight 40g potato-cereal pellet snack seasoned with tangy natural vinegar flavor.
FAQ
Chi-Pellet is manufactured from dense, dry intermediate pellets produced via extruded potato starch and cereal flour dough, which are flash-fried to expand rapidly. In contrast, traditional chips are sliced directly from raw potato tubers. This gives pellets a remarkably lighter, airy, and uniform texture with reduced residual oil content.
Cheetoz Chi-Pellet 40g is packed 40 pouches per heavy-duty 5-ply corrugated master carton. A standard 120x100 cm pallet accommodates 36 to 40 cartons (stacked in 5 to 6 tiers). The nitrogen cushion combined with rigid box fluting prevents mechanical attrition and breakage of delicate wafer-thin pellets during truck transit.
The domestic wholesale MOQ is 50 cartons. For export contracts and cross-regional supply, clients can consolidate Chi-Pellet alongside potato chips and corn puffs into mixed consignments starting from 300 cartons for domestic freight, or a full 40ft HQ container for overseas marine shipping.
The seasoning incorporates microencapsulated distilled vinegar powder, sodium diacetate, citric acid, and fine salt. Encapsulation prevents the acidulants from absorbing ambient humidity and softening the porous pellet surface, locking in a sharp, crisp vinegar sensation.
Each 40g pouch contains approximately 11g total fat (refined zero-trans vegetable oils), 1.2g protein, 24g carbohydrates, and 0.6g salt. Trans-fat is certified at 0%, yielding roughly 195 kcal of energy.
Cartons must be stored at 15°C to 22°C with relative humidity below 60%, sheltered from radiant heaters and windows. Temperatures exceeding 30°C can cause oil migration from the starch matrix and stress the thermal fin seals of the pouches.
The pouch clearly displays the ISIRI standard seal, FDA Health Apple badge, color-coded nutritional traffic lights, manufacturing license, dual Gregorian/Solar production and expiry dates, and a scannable GS1 international barcode.
