Sprouted seed and legume cultivation, processing and commercialization has shifted from traditional workshops to a technology-driven segment of Iran’s food and wellness supply chain. Distribution channels and exports
Fresh sprouts with 5–7 day shelf life move pre-dawn from Malard, Shahriar, Varamin and Rey farms to stalls at the central produce market (Cito) and municipal neighborhood markets. Dry powders are priced wholesale on Molavi and Oil Depot alley.
Air exports of microgreens and fresh sprouts from IKA to the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman; packed powders overland to Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq.
Ravak, Tootia, Dr. Bizhan and Golha run cold-chain contracts with Ofogh Kourosh, Shahrvand, Hypermi and Snapp Food Market.
