A micro-network of food-grade gellan gum is incorporated at precision dosages to engineer a fluid gel matrix. This network provides a targeted yield stress capable of suspending the buoyant hydrated seeds against gravity without rendering the beverage viscous or gummy in mouthfeel.

Raw seeds undergo optical color sorting, density de-stoning, and pressurized de-dusted aquatic washing. Hydration is coupled with in-line thermal sterilization protocols designed to eliminate thermo-resistant spore-formers, certified free from enteric pathogens and molds.

Standardized at 10.5° to 11.5° Brix, each bottle contains bioavailable plant mucilage providing functional soluble fiber. This aids glycemic moderation, acts as a traditional natural coolant, and supports gastrointestinal transit efficiency.

Bottles are packed into heavy-duty 5-ply corrugated trays equipped with internal cell partitions preventing glass-to-glass contact, enclosed in thick shrink film. Palletized on ISPM-15 heat-treated wood, reinforced with perimeter edge protectors and cross-strapping, transit breakage is eliminated.

Automated hot-fill bottling followed by hermetic vacuum capping prevents anaerobic spoilage. The hydrocolloid protective sheath surrounding each seed maintains cross-linked elasticity even under continuous ambient storage up to 35°C without dissolution or clouding.

Classified under HS 220299, export shipments include an official Ministry of Health bilingual Health Certificate, a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming seed purity and sterility, and an authenticated Chamber of Commerce Certificate of Origin.
