Romanta large lentils are mechanically sorted to a strict 6.0mm to 7.0mm diameter envelope using rotary screen separators. Broken, undersized, and discolored grains are rejected via high-resolution optical cameras, ensuring that over 98% of the batch complies with sizing specifications for seamless presentation in culinary pilafs.

Following a brief 15 to 20-minute parboil, the lentils finish cooking seamlessly alongside drained rice during steam-cooking. The durable seed coat resists thermal rupture, softening without shedding loose starch or darkening the surrounding white rice, ensuring an aesthetically pristine culinary presentation.

The domestic wholesale MOQ is 1,000kg (1 metric ton in 30kg sacks), while export orders require a 20ft full container load (approx. 22 to 24 metric tons). Goods are delivered as shrink-wrapped pallets directly to freight terminals, border checkpoints, or southern seaports (Bandar Abbas / Bushehr).

Moisture content is strictly kept between 11.5% and 12.8%. Laminated polypropylene sacks shield the grains from moisture absorption and ambient oxygen. The 30kg packaging is constructed from high-density woven polypropylene fabric fortified with an outer moisture-resistant laminate layer. Heavy-gauge bottom chain stitching endures drop impacts from up to 1.5 meters, permitting safe pallet tiering up to 3 levels high in commercial warehouse racks.
