Amol’un süt ve ayran sektöründeki yeri
Amol County is the densest cluster of raw-milk processing and fermented dairy south of the Caspian; Alborz foothills and Haraz highway access align industrial farms with modern doogh lines.
Doogh is a strategic SKU for dry-matter balancing and export of fermented beverages; Solico Kalle, Doosheh Amol (Haraz), Gela and Saleh anchor probiotic formulation and novel packaging.
