As Iran’s largest consumption market and financial hub, Tehran Province splits the milk chain between urban headquarters and logistics versus peripheral plants and dairy farms. Tehran and Shemiranat host holdings, finance and international trade; pasteurization, UHT and aseptic filling lines sit in Shahriar, Islamshahr, Pakdasht, Rey, Varamin, Pishva and Malard.
Raw milk comes from the Varamin–Pishva–Rey southeast dairy belt and the Shahriar–Malard west corridor; mother plants also draw chilled tankers from Qazvin, Alborz and Markazi. Four hubs converge: west–southwest (Fath, Karaj, Pegah, Pak, Mihan, Domino, Tin); south–southeast (Rey, Varamin, Pishva, Varna, Nasirabad); east (Abbasabad, Taravat, Kamrooz, Gadook); and central Tehran–Shemiranat with Molavi wholesale and Kahrizak / Shourabad warehouses.
