Disinfection is achieved exclusively via closed-loop ozonation (O3 injection) paired with high-intensity ultraviolet (UV) irradiation chambers. This dual non-thermal barrier completely eradicates microbial pathogens, spores, and coliforms without chlorine residuals or sensory degradation.

The 500ml format is bundled in 12-bottle shrink packs, while 1.5L bottles are arranged in 6-packs under heavy-duty polyethylene film. In international 20ft ocean containers, loading is governed by statutory road/maritime weight limits, typically hitting 21 to 22 net metric tons (~3,500 to 3,700 packs of 500ml).
