FAQ
The 12g Atlasi crystal containers are packed 50 units per reinforced master carton with shock-absorbing foam inserts. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for corporate and wholesale buyers is set at 20 cartons (1,000 units), maximizing freight efficiency and container integrity.
For each export batch, spectrophotometric results per ISO 3632-2 (including 220+ at 440 nm for Sargol), plus moisture and purity tests, are issued as bilingual COA documents. Lot numbers are printed on master cartons and commercial invoices.
The standard dossier includes certificate of origin (where required), health approval / Sib Salamat documentation, microbiological and heavy-metal lab reports, and factory ISO 22000 and HACCP records. For EU destinations, HS 091020 declarations and bilingual net-weight (12 g) and production/expiry labeling are prepared per buyer specifications.
Rigid crystal/PC bodies use sealed lids with inner UV-barrier liners and are cell-partitioned inside master cartons. Operational guidance: transit below 25°C, no direct sunlight in bonded warehouses, and ambient RH capped at 60%.
After meeting the 20-carton MOQ, quantities may increase only in 5-carton increments (25, 30, 35…) to keep pallet loading and warehouse allocation consistent. Orders below 20 cartons are not accepted for this SKU unless approved by the export desk.
Iranian national standard and Sib Salamat confirm domestic hygiene and traceability compliance; ISO 22000 and HACCP document hazard control during sorting, clean-room packing, and allergen/cross-contamination controls. Valid PDF copies can be issued for customs inspectors.
HS 091020 (saffron) is filed with the commercial description "Sargol saffron, net 12 g, crystal retail unit" and a 24-month production/expiry timeline per lot. Net 12 g per unit and 50 units per carton are stated on the proforma packing field to align with physical customs inspection.
