Sunich 300ml Pineapple Drink is formulated with a minimum of 20% to 25% natural fruit juice reconstituted from pineapple concentrate. The finished Brix is calibrated between 10.5 and 11.5°, providing a smooth, thirst-quenching mouthfeel optimized for on-the-go consumption and fast hydration.

Prior to bottling, the beverage passes through industrial high-pressure homogenization. This mechanical process micronizes insoluble fruit fibers, stabilizing the fluid matrix and preventing dense sediment compaction or phase syneresis throughout its 6-month shelf life in clear PET.

Bottles are bundled in 12-pack heat-shrink wraps using high-gauge polyethylene film. A standard 100x120 cm industrial pallet holds 120 to 140 bundles (1,440 to 1,680 bottles per pallet), secured with vertical corner posts and automated stretch wrapping. A 40ft container transports 35,000 to 40,000 bottles safely within transit limits.

Sunich PET preforms incorporate barrier properties that curb oxygen ingress, while the precision screw closure seals in volatile aromatic esters. To maintain maximum tropical bouquet, depot temperatures must be regulated between 15°C and 22°C, shielded from direct sunlight and sustained heat exceeding 30°C.
