Sunich premium 750cc cloudy apple juice produced via direct NFC extraction without concentrate reconstitution in a recyclable PET bottle.
FAQ
NFC stands for "Not From Concentrate." Unlike conventional reconstituted juices where juice is evaporated into a viscous syrup, stored, and later diluted with municipal water and reconstituted aroma packs, Sunich NFC juice is pressed mechanically from whole fresh apples, gently filtered to keep the beneficial cloudy fruit solids, flashed thermally, and bottled immediately. This preserves delicate aroma volatiles, vital pectin enzymes, and fresh orchard mouthfeel.
This SKU is master-packed in shrink-wrapped corrugated cartons containing 12 bottles, yielding a gross case weight of approximately 9.8 to 10.0 kg. A standard international pallet (100x120 cm) typically holds 70 to 80 master cartons across 5 to 6 stacked tiers (840 to 960 bottles per pallet), secured with protective corners and multi-layer stretch wrapping for export transit.
The certified shelf life is 9 months from manufacture when stored under ambient temperatures (5°C to 25°C). Warehousing must be dry, adequately ventilated, and strictly protected from direct solar UV radiation, which could trigger photo-oxidation of the suspended natural cloud particles in clear PET bottles. Once unsealed, cold storage (2°C to 6°C) is required.
The export MOQ is one 20-foot full container load (FCL), holding approximately 1,800 to 2,200 master cases. Importers are encouraged to consolidate cloudy apple NFC with complementary premium 750cc NFC items (such as Tomato and Pomegranate) in a single container. For regional distribution within Iran, minimum order thresholds start at 2 to 5 pallets.
Every export consignment is accompanied by an official Health Certificate issued by the Food and Drug Administration, Certificate of Origin, international Halal license, and a batch Certificate of Analysis (COA) specifying Brix, titratable acidity, microbial count, and verifying the total absence of artificial preservatives or heavy metals. The plant operates under ISO 22000 and HACCP frameworks.
Sunich engineered food-grade PET bottles weigh substantially less than equivalent glass bottles, dramatically minimizing dead payload weight in containers and enabling maximum unit loading up to road axle limits. Furthermore, their high shatter resistance eliminates cargo breakage risks, liquid leakage, and damage to adjacent corrugated cartons across multimodal routes.
Backed by extensive industrial processing capacities, Sunich offers annual framework agreements with scheduled monthly quota deliveries for hotel chains and cruise operators. Key commercial perks include volume-indexed price stabilization, guaranteed fresh production dates, structured foreign currency billing, and priority production batch allocations.
