The wheat passes through vibrating destoners, aspirators, and optical color sorters, ensuring 99.8% purity by eliminating discolored kernels, foreign chaff, and stones. The end product is fully cleaned and ready for immediate culinary preparation without requiring manual kitchen sorting.

Each master carton holds 12 packs of 900g (net weight 10.8 kg, gross weight approximately 11.4 kg). Standard export pallets accommodate 72 to 80 master cartons, resulting in a total pallet gross weight of 850 to 950 kg including the wooden pallet base.

Due to precise mechanical de-branning, soaking and cooking time is reduced by up to 40% compared to whole grain, softening fully in 60-90 minutes. The exposed endosperm releases natural starches smoothly, providing natural viscosity and cohesive elasticity required for smooth porridges.

The packaging is constructed from heavy-gauge multi-layer barrier film with high-integrity hermetic seals, preventing pest penetration and moisture vapor ingress. In-line sanitation and controlled atmospheric management prior to sealing eliminate any risk of latent insect larvae inside the packs.
