Dried limes pass through rotary sizing drums sorting them into a uniform medium-to-large caliber (25 to 35 mm diameter). Undersized fruits and fragments are screened out before bagging.

The minimum wholesale order starts at 15 master cartons. Deliveries are dispatched using dry cargo freight, fully shrink-wrapped on pallets to protect against mechanical transit vibration.

The natural amber-brown hue results solely from controlled dehydration and enzymatic caramelization within the fruit. No artificial colorants, sulfur treatments, or synthetic gases are introduced.

After opening the film pouch, transfer to airtight food-grade storage bins or glass jars stored in a cool, dry pantry is recommended to prevent kitchen steam absorption and preserve rind crispness.
