Isfahan in the dried fruit & date supply chain
As a central-plateau logistics hub, Isfahan links southern and western orchard supply to national retail and export gateways; JI, Soroush, Dehsorkh and Razi industrial zones cluster sorting, freeze-drying, date syrup and hygienic packing.
Inbound Mazafati, Piarom and Zahidi dates, sun-dried and acid-treated raisins, and Semiram grade-2 apples consolidate in provincial cold stores; outbound flows serve Navab Safavi wholesale rows, Sabzeh Meydan, the central fruit terminal and EMC exporters.

Wholesale, export & market
Wholesale price discovery runs along Navab Safavi, Hatef, Khayyam and Sabzeh Meydan; the east-side central fruit terminal balances southern date inflows before Ramadan. Isfahan customs and bonded warehouses ease phytosanitary certificates for Gulf, Russia, China and India.
B2B buyers should fix date-syrup Brix, IBC capacity and vacuum rutab specs in contracts; sensitive raisin markets require residue certificates and controlled paraffin finishing.
Strategic outlook
Ultrafiltration for date syrup, freeze-dry capacity in Mobarakeh, Semiram apple waste reduction and a mechanized Khur palm terminal are the four value-add pillars ahead.
